Job Summary
A product research company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions as quickly and succinctly as possible
- Interact with customers using email, chat, phone, video calls, etc
- Meet all company and department specific targets for email inboxes
