Job Summary

A product research company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer customer questions as quickly and succinctly as possible
  • Interact with customers using email, chat, phone, video calls, etc
  • Meet all company and department specific targets for email inboxes

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Polished communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • 2+ years experience in customer service
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • strong analytical skills to determine customer needs and to provide solutions to difficult requests
