A software development firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to high volumes of support phone calls
- Build relationships with clients
- Handle complaints effectively
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Familiar with both Windows and Mac OS based operating systems
- Familiar with HTML and CSS stylesheets
- Knowledge of all major web browsers
- Proven customer support experience
- Ability to quickly learn new software
- Ability to work additional hours including on-call on weekends occasionally
