Job Summary

A software development firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Respond to high volumes of support phone calls
  • Build relationships with clients
  • Handle complaints effectively

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Familiar with both Windows and Mac OS based operating systems
  • Familiar with HTML and CSS stylesheets
  • Knowledge of all major web browsers
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Ability to quickly learn new software
  • Ability to work additional hours including on-call on weekends occasionally
