Job Summary

An American content company that operates online brands has an open position for a Remote Customer Support Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Deliver a high level of support for customers
  • Use a ticketing system to answer/respond to order questions
  • Respond to technical issues and providing instructions to users

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to work remotely and commute to our Santa Monica office if needed
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to commit to a seasonal, weekend, and evening schedule
  • Comfortable with using technology as a primary form of communication (i.e. email, IM, Skype)
  • Access to high speed internet connection to execute assigned tasks
