Job Summary
An American content company that operates online brands has an open position for a Remote Customer Support Representative.
Must be able to:
- Deliver a high level of support for customers
- Use a ticketing system to answer/respond to order questions
- Respond to technical issues and providing instructions to users
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to work remotely and commute to our Santa Monica office if needed
- Fluent in English
- Able to commit to a seasonal, weekend, and evening schedule
- Comfortable with using technology as a primary form of communication (i.e. email, IM, Skype)
- Access to high speed internet connection to execute assigned tasks
