Job Summary

A business services provider has an open position for a Remote Customer Support Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Troubleshoot and Resolve advanced technical issues
  • Assist with account informatio
  • Handle inbound phone calls from customers

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Keyboarding skills at a minimum of 30 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • 1 year call center experience or work at home experience
  • Minimum of 10.0 mbps download and 10.0 mbps upload
  • Basic landline telephone phone device
