A software company is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative.

- Acting as a key first responder when our customers face bumps in the road

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- College graduate (if PT you should be a current Sophomore+ working towards completing a Bachelor’s degree)
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills as well as great problem solving instincts
- Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems within a short time
- An interest in or knowledge of the financial advisory business
