Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Teaching financial advisors how to get the most from our platform
  • Acting as a key first responder when our customers face bumps in the road
  • Ensuring that we’re delivering the very best possible experience

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • College graduate (if PT you should be a current Sophomore+ working towards completing a Bachelor’s degree)
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills as well as great problem solving instincts
  • Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems within a short time
  • An interest in or knowledge of the financial advisory business
