Job Summary

A consulting firm that specializes in solutions for government and commercial clients is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Corresponding with customers via phone, email, and other systems regarding product, delivery, invoicing
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism when dealing with both positive and challenging situations
  • Proactively identifying and resolving potential problems before they arise

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5 years of experience within the customer service environment covering all aspects of support
  • Associate degree in business preferred
  • Ability to manage time and workflow independently
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Previous experience supporting government contracts or military background a plus
