Job Summary
A consulting firm that specializes in solutions for government and commercial clients is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Corresponding with customers via phone, email, and other systems regarding product, delivery, invoicing
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism when dealing with both positive and challenging situations
- Proactively identifying and resolving potential problems before they arise
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years of experience within the customer service environment covering all aspects of support
- Associate degree in business preferred
- Ability to manage time and workflow independently
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Previous experience supporting government contracts or military background a plus
