A global staffing and recruiting agency has a current position open for a Remote Customer Support Representative II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations as requested
- Answer calls from customers to learn about and address their needs
- Perform logistics troubleshooting and confirm resolution with the customer
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED Required
- One year of contiguous Customer Service experience
- Proficiency with computers, including the ability to multitask and toggle to multiple screens
- Ability to type 35 wpm or more
