Job Summary

A global staffing and recruiting agency has a current position open for a Remote Customer Support Representative II.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations as requested
  • Answer calls from customers to learn about and address their needs
  • Perform logistics troubleshooting and confirm resolution with the customer

Position Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or GED Required
  • One year of contiguous Customer Service experience
  • Proficiency with computers, including the ability to multitask and toggle to multiple screens
  • Ability to type 35 wpm or more
