Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Support Representative in the Monroe Area.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Talking to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media
- Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
Qualifications for this position include:
