Job Summary

A company that provides fundraising software has a current position open for a Remote Customer Support Senior Manager in Raleigh.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing day-to-day operations and customer inquiry queue
  • Reviewing and monitoring customer support volume
  • Implementing scalable training program for support specialists

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel to DC HQ once per quarter (minimum)
  • 5+ years of experience in customer relations or customer service
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in sales, customer support and/or management
