Job Summary
A staffing company is seeking a Remote Customer Support Services Representative I.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handling inbound/outbound call inquiries (40-50 calls/day)
- Responsible for order processing and resolution of issues
- Foster the growth of a strong customer base through creating positive interactions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Four week training session required, to be completed in office
- At least 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Experience working with MS Office
- High School Diploma
