Job Summary

A staffing company is seeking a Remote Customer Support Services Representative I.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound/outbound call inquiries (40-50 calls/day)
  • Responsible for order processing and resolution of issues
  • Foster the growth of a strong customer base through creating positive interactions

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Four week training session required, to be completed in office
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience working with MS Office
  • High School Diploma
