Job Summary
A company is looking for a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer interactions through calls, live chat web messages, and emails
- Deliver accurate account information, process payments securely, and document all interactions
- Manage follow-ups in the Premium Billing System (PBS) and escalate complex issues with detailed documentation
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a high-volume contact center with voice and chat channels in a remote environment
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with strong grammar and spelling
- Experience with Genesys and/or Zoho is a plus
- A customer-first mindset with patience and empathy
