Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the part-time Remote Customer Support Specialist will assist customers with booking, modifying, and canceling Moving Help services through phone, chat, and email in a high-volume call center environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while responding to customer inquiries
  • Processing and modifying customer orders, as well as resolving complaints efficiently
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and providing feedback on service processes
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Intermediate keyboarding and computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple programs
  • Experience in customer support roles
  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic in stressful situations
  • Active and attentive listening skills
