Job Summary

Providing technical assistance and customer education, the full-time Remote Customer Technical Support Specialist will manage inbound calls regarding alarm system and home automation issues while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues using guided workflows to resolve problems during calls
  • Educate customers on alarm systems and home automation while presenting Virtual Service Call options
  • Maintain regular attendance and manage multiple tasks across various systems and applications
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to empathize and connect with customers for effective de-escalation
