Job Summary

A lab management platform is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Resolving customer issues in an empathetic and concise manner
  • Processing time-sensitive POs
  • Maintaining productive relationships with multiple vendors

Qualifications Include:
