Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of how each customer is unique
  • Triage, research, and understand the causes, impact, and priority of incoming issues

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years experience in customer-facing, problem-solving technical support positions
  • Can clearly and thoughtfully explain new concepts to different audiences
  • Have a thirst for knowledge and a desire to teach others
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Motivated to be a self-starter and individual performer
  • Raise opportunities for process improvements
