Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Remote Software Customer Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping to define our customer experience and build a world-class support organization
- Analyzing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex customer issues
- Managing and resolving customer support requests using email, chat, and phone
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS or software customer support (or similar function)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- A desire to work closely with customers in sometimes tough situations
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Prior experience with Zendesk, Intercom, Slack or similar platforms
