Job Summary
A software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Responding to Customer requests in ZenDesk as completely and efficiently as possible
- Working independently at a high level to support Customers
- Monitoring of the support queue
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service/facing role
