A peer-to-peer online marketplace specializing in RV rentals needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing world-class experiences by interacting with customers
- Understanding owners and travelers pain points
- Using your product expertise to collaborate with and help other teams maintain a high level of customer service at all times
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A minimum of 3 years in a phone/chat/email support environment
- Familiar with web-based customer support tools like Zendesk, Slack, Kustomer, Amazon Connect, etc.
- Flexibility in schedule to support a 24/7 model
- Great written communication skills
