Job Summary
An environmental services company is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Helping generate post-service reports
- Resolving issues and collaborating with the team
- Identifying and resolving out of process and/or incomplete job results
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs
- Ability to analyze all aspects of a situation
- Ability to meet deadlines and attain performance goals
- Ability to readily modify, respond to and integrate change
- Ability to update associate work order management systems
