A company that operates as a public legal research tool and online community has a current position open for a Remote Customer Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Speaking with customers via live chat, phone, and email
  • Speaking to leads about the benefits and features of software products
  • Writing articles for our help center on how to use our products efficiently

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience to join our customer support team
  • Interested in learning about new technology and software
  • Interested in learning about the law
  • Personable, have a positive attitude, and enjoy problem-solving
