Job Summary
A company that operates as a public legal research tool and online community has a current position open for a Remote Customer Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Speaking with customers via live chat, phone, and email
- Speaking to leads about the benefits and features of software products
- Writing articles for our help center on how to use our products efficiently
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience to join our customer support team
- Interested in learning about new technology and software
- Interested in learning about the law
- Personable, have a positive attitude, and enjoy problem-solving
