Job Summary
A software development company specializing in marketing solutions is filling a position for a Remote Customer Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of company to diagnose software issues, engaging with our product and engineering teams to solve more complex product issues
- Collaborating with account managers or sales teams to identify opportunities for existing customers to use more services
- Providing support and guidance to marketers, salespeople, and service professionals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Can autonomously troubleshoot and further investigate to fix a problem
- Possess technical aptitude or familiarity with software concepts
- Have demonstrated experience in customer service and are passionate about the customer experience
- Are interested in building technical knowledge around APIs, HTML, & CSS
