Job Summary

A software development company specializing in marketing solutions is filling a position for a Remote Customer Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of company to diagnose software issues, engaging with our product and engineering teams to solve more complex product issues
  • Collaborating with account managers or sales teams to identify opportunities for existing customers to use more services
  • Providing support and guidance to marketers, salespeople, and service professionals

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Can autonomously troubleshoot and further investigate to fix a problem
  • Possess technical aptitude or familiarity with software concepts
  • Have demonstrated experience in customer service and are passionate about the customer experience
  • Are interested in building technical knowledge around APIs, HTML, & CSS
