Job Summary
A digital production company has an open position for a Remote Customer Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to support tickets with quick response time and attempt to resolve on the first contact
- Gathering necessary information to help resolve tickets and forwarding to the appropriate team member(s) if unable to resolve
- Reporting any website/product issues to engineers and management in a timely manner
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least 1 year Customer Support experience
- Previous technical experience
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Available to work from 5 pm to 1 am MST and weekends (Mandatory)
- Primary language English and proficient communication skills
- Follows instructions extremely well
