A pet insurance company is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Utilize multiple systems simultaneously to support our members
- Make genuine connections, with the ability to adapt communication style
- Handle sensitive situations with empathy and care to provide exceptional customer service
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in high-volume, high-level customer service
- Experience using and learning complex computer systems
- Can quickly adapt to changes in responsibility
- Work from home experience is a plus!
- Call center experience is a plus!
