Job Summary

A pet insurance company is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Utilize multiple systems simultaneously to support our members
  • Make genuine connections, with the ability to adapt communication style
  • Handle sensitive situations with empathy and care to provide exceptional customer service

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in high-volume, high-level customer service
  • Experience using and learning complex computer systems
  • Can quickly adapt to changes in responsibility
  • Work from home experience is a plus!
  • Call center experience is a plus!
