Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Respond to billing and account inquiries
  • Troubleshoot issues with customer maps
  • Provide stellar front-line support to our many customers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must be able to cover business hours for time zones in Europe or Asia Pacific
  • Must work well in unstructured environments
