Job Summary
A provider of a data visualization platform is in need of a Remote Customer Support Success Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to billing and account inquiries
- Troubleshoot issues with customer maps
- Provide stellar front-line support to our many customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be able to cover business hours for time zones in Europe or Asia Pacific
- Must work well in unstructured environments
- Being a clear writer and a natural problem solver is a must
