A content platform company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Support Team Leader.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Validating red flags action plans with upper management
- Providing team's performance status
- Identifying the need for corrective actions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Advanced notions of content marketing and inbound marketing
- Experience with processes design and management
