Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Support Representative fluent in Turkish for a top music streaming service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via inbound web messages in Turkish and English
  • Provide exceptional customer support and quickly identify customer issues
  • Handle web messaging support for multiple customers simultaneously

Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Turkish and English languages
  • Experience in providing inbound web messaging support
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week during orientation and nesting periods
  • Access to necessary equipment including Windows 10 computer, webcam, and stable internet connection
  • Availability to commit to the project for 90 days as needed
