An information technology company is in need of a Remote Customer Technical Services Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing support documentation for the customer base
  • Communicating with customers and resolve related issues via approved support channels
  • Documenting, researching, tracking, and resolving customer software issues

Required Skills:

  • Experience in information security or third-party vendor risk management
  • Experience in IT, Operations, Customer Support or related fields
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Field or Related Degree, experience may be substituted for education
