Job Summary
An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Technical Support Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing proactive technical support to end users
- Working to streamline support processes as appropriate
- Creating FAQs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to attend regular team meetings (video and in person)
- Experience working in a customer support team
- Experience building processes for scaling a Customer Support function
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience in a tiered technical support system
