Job Summary

A cloud communications platform needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Technical Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Resolving technical issues associated with 8x8’s hosted communications products via phone, e-mail, and/or chat
  • Servicing assigned customers to meet all of their technical and account management requirements
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and productivity metrics

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or comparable technical industry certifications and experience
  • Knowledge and troubleshooting proficiency of routers, switches, and network equipment
  • 2+ years of providing technical support, preferably in a cloud computing or telephony environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
