Job Summary
A cloud communications platform needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Technical Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Resolving technical issues associated with 8x8’s hosted communications products via phone, e-mail, and/or chat
- Servicing assigned customers to meet all of their technical and account management requirements
- Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and productivity metrics
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or comparable technical industry certifications and experience
- Knowledge and troubleshooting proficiency of routers, switches, and network equipment
- 2+ years of providing technical support, preferably in a cloud computing or telephony environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- All other requirements necessary for this position
