Job Summary
A manufacturer of infection prevention products is in need of a Remote Customer Technical Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Participating in implementation and upgrade calls with customers
- Providing telephone and/or desktop/server support
- Remotely installing proprietary software on customer servers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or technical field
- 3+ years of experience working in technical support of computers, network, etc
- Experience in programming in C# and/or other Graphical User Interface development
- Experience in MS SQL Server and relational databases
- Ability to diagnose hardware repairs on computers and equipment
- Experience with the configuration of personal and laptop computers
