Job Summary

A manufacturer of infection prevention products is in need of a Remote Customer Technical Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Participating in implementation and upgrade calls with customers
  • Providing telephone and/or desktop/server support
  • Remotely installing proprietary software on customer servers

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or technical field
  • 3+ years of experience working in technical support of computers, network, etc
  • Experience in programming in C# and/or other Graphical User Interface development
  • Experience in MS SQL Server and relational databases
  • Ability to diagnose hardware repairs on computers and equipment
  • Experience with the configuration of personal and laptop computers
