A human resource software company has an open position for a Remote Human Resource Software Technical Customer Support Specialist in Price.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping our customers understand the value of our technology
- Documenting your cases for each Support interaction
- Identifying support process and product improvements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proficient with technology
- Ability to learn how to troubleshoot technical issues while navigating multiple systems
- 2+ years in a customer service role
- Secure and reliable internet connection
- Reliable and dedicated phone
- Ability to accurately type at least 40+ words/minute
