Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Training and Support Software Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Building and evolving our Customer Help Center to meet the changing needs of our client base
  • Generating and producing written anf video training content for new platform users
  • Working closely with our Product Team to communicate new releases, bug fixes, and platform enhancements

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years of Customer Support Experience
  • You’ve successfully worked on and/or supervised a customer facing team
  • CRM experience
  • Drive and Ambition
  • Genuine Curiosity
  • Must be able to partner with Engineering to develop SOPs for bug reporting, tracking and communication of resolution
