Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Customer Training Team Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintaining a high level of team engagement and motivation by building confidence and trust in your direct reports
- Directly reporting to improve the delivery of high-impact software training
- Driving the creation of content that solves for the customer’s product usage and strategy
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strong at evaluating the effectiveness of direct reports
- Can run team meetings, skill development training and working sessions
- Excited to find and execute new, scalable ways to deliver high-quality courses
- Care deeply about building diverse teams
