Job Summary
A financial technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Trust and Safety Product Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Surfacing customer or operations considerations to validate requirements
- Planning, coordinating, and driving discipline around the processes
- Developing, managing, and continuously improving processes for scale
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years working experience in program or project management, product operations, or finance operations
- Experience building trusted partnerships with product and engineering teams
- Exceptional project management skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- 2+ years of experience working with Customer Trust & Safety teams or on projects aiming to protect customers
