Job Summary
An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Customer Voice Research and Insights Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing Voice of the Customer research across different touch points
- Leading the design of new VoC surveys for additional customer touch points
- Quickly and accurately analyzing data and translating findings to actionable insights
Position Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years relevant experience in consumer insights, market research, or quantitative UX research
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, analytical, or research-oriented field
- Advanced knowledge of primary and secondary customer research methodologies
- Proven success translating business needs into research projects
- Excellent listener and communicator with strong people and relationship management skills
- High attention to detail and are comfortable independently multitasking and prioritizing projects
