Job Summary

An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Customer Voice Research and Insights Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing Voice of the Customer research across different touch points
  • Leading the design of new VoC surveys for additional customer touch points
  • Quickly and accurately analyzing data and translating findings to actionable insights

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3-5 years relevant experience in consumer insights, market research, or quantitative UX research
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, analytical, or research-oriented field
  • Advanced knowledge of primary and secondary customer research methodologies
  • Proven success translating business needs into research projects
  • Excellent listener and communicator with strong people and relationship management skills
  • High attention to detail and are comfortable independently multitasking and prioritizing projects
