Job Summary
A licensed customs brokerage and freight forwarder built around an online dashboard is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customs Brokerage Global Customs Program Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design, build and execute strategic and innovative new initiatives and ad-hoc projects to meet business needs
- Develop error proof SOPs (ensuring efficient and scalable processes)
- Develop metrics and track success of project rollouts
Position Requirements Include:
- 1+ years of experience in Customs brokerage or general freight operations
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization and planning skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Experience in driving cross-functional improvement projects from idea to implementation and adoption
- Superior communication skills: ability to communicate and present at different organizational levels
- Superb analytical, modeling and reporting skills - experience building out dynamic models, creating reports
