Job Summary

A tire and rubber company has a current position open for a Remote CX and UX Lead Marketplace Developer.

Must be able to:

  • Assess the maturity of the design team and their process, coaching the team to higher levels of maturity
  • Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences
  • Lead the product vision by researching, journey mapping, storyboarding, prototyping, and designing elegant solutions

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or Human-Computer Interaction
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in User Experience design
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in leading UX/UI development teams
