Job Summary
A multi-faceted financial agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote CX Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Understanding the customer experience using multiple data sources
- Driving actionable, customer insights that improve customer experiences.
- Identifying and trending causes that enable customer satisfaction improvement
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree in business, data science, social science or other relevant area
- 4+ years related experience. (Data, analytical, behavioral data background, etc.)
- Able to persuade a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
- Able to collaborate with others to deliver optimal results
- Skilled in reacting positively to changes while maintaining poise, focus, and flexibility
- Comfortable keeping up with current developments and trends in area of expertise
