Job Summary
A health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote CX Insights and Analytics Director.
Must be able to:
- Act as a primary point of internal contact for VOC initiatives
- Oversee natural language processing analytics vendor technology platform
- Lead quarterly customer insights reviews
