Job Summary
An automotive company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote CX Instructional Designer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing, building & implementing outstanding learning experiences to build an exceptional customer experience
- Creating learning experiences, including as e-learning, learning activities, instructor led materials, and multi-media
- Conducting instructional design, project management & guiding the business team through the process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Business or related area
- Two to four years work experience in authoring instructor led training and/or multi-media learning
- Experience in establishing effective partnerships in a sophisticated organization
- Two to four years work experience using learning authoring applications such as Captivate, Lectora, Storyline or Articulate
- Experience leading multiple simultaneous learning development projects
- Work experience in Microsoft Office applications and audio editing
