A non-profit health insurance company has an open position for a Remote CX Product Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing large scale digital transformation initiatives
- Applying customer experience methodology to business problems
- Managing risk by establishing project management processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- Digital Channel and/or Product Management experience.
- Understanding of UI/UX best practices
- Strong technical background and experience working directly with engineers
- Understanding of projects with technology components
