Job Summary

A non-profit health insurance company has an open position for a Remote CX Product Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Overseeing large scale digital transformation initiatives
  • Applying customer experience methodology to business problems
  • Managing risk by establishing project management processes

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Digital Channel and/or Product Management experience.
  • Understanding of UI/UX best practices
  • Strong technical background and experience working directly with engineers
  • Understanding of projects with technology components
