Job Summary
An ecommerce provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote CX Programs Senior Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop playbook to simplify and streamline future program deployments
- Prioritize, distribute and manage key aspects of service operation and new business efforts
- Ensure appropriate compliance and governance measures
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of start-up experience
- 5+ years of Sr. Manager, Director and/or Sr. Director level CS, CX and/or CS program leadership experience
- 7+ years of customer experience, customer service in an inbound operating environment
- E-commerce background
- Six Sigma or similar process improvement experience
