Job Summary
A non-profit organization is seeking a Remote Cyber Defense Solutions Services Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate on-boarding process with customers
- Meet/exceed quota each month
- Input and manage all sales opportunities in Salesforce ensuring detailed notes, accurate pipeline and data integrity
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed customer success and retention goals
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline
- Ability to resolve client concerns and issues, and communicate advanced concepts
- Familiar with and fluent using CRM (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
