• Proven success as a sales leader recruiting and retaining superior talent
• Proficient with sales and marketing technology stack
• Strong sales structure and experience, preferred methodology of Force Management, Command of Message and Command of Sale
• Strategic thinking including analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals
