- 7+ years of Sales Leadership
- In depth understanding of the cybersecurity threat landscape, preferred threat intelligence
- Proven success as a sales leader recruiting and retaining superior talent
- Proficient with sales and marketing technology stack
- Strong sales structure and experience, preferred methodology of Force Management, Command of Message and Command of Sale
- Strategic thinking including analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals
