Job Summary

A workforce solution provider has an open position for a Remote Cyber Technical Recruiter in McLean.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Sourcing, screening and interviewing for cyber candidates in the cleared space
• Generating a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines
• Managing internal client relationships and collaborating with leadership by developing and cultivating relationships

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience recruiting and sourcing for Cyber; cyber engineers, cyber security, penetration testers, ISSO
• Experience recruiting for consulting and/or professional services firms
• Experience within the government space recruiting for cleared candidates up to FSP
• US Citizen
• All other requirements necessary for this position
