An information technology company is seeking a Remote Cybersecurity Business to Business Customer Success Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Identifying new business opportunities
• Processing sales orders, incoming purchase orders, and invoices
• Managing and nurturing existing customer relationships

Required Skills:

• Team trips
• 4+ years of relevant B2B customer success and sales experience with international customers
• Solid understanding of the IT industry and technologies
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system
• Fluent English, both spoken and written (C1 or higher)
• Experience with Account Management and Nurture
