Job Summary
A software development and cybersecurity firm is in need of a Remote Cybersecurity Cloud Software Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Enabling engineering teams to innovate, design, implement and deliver efficiently and collaboratively with high quality
- Acting as the Development Manager and People Manager to engineering team members
- Contributing to our continual improvement of process, product, people, and culture
Position Requirements Include:
- BS (CS, CSE, or equivalent) and 4-6 years of experience and 2+ years as a team lead (but not necessarily with direct reports)
- Or MS/PhD. (CS, CSE, or equivalent) and 2-4 years of experience and 2+ years as a team lead (but not necessarily with direct reports)
- Or 6-8 years of relevant experience and 2+ years as a team lead (but not necessarily with direct reports)
- Collaboration with other managers to establish strategic plans and objectives
- Ability to work in a team-driven development environment
- Experience in collaborating with team members as peers, by adding your voice and experience to that of the team
