Job Summary

A cybersecurity startup company has a current position open for a Remote Cybersecurity Customer Engagement Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Perform the roles and responsibilities during presales, POC, deployment and post deployment support
  • Develop presentations and present TruU platform overview
  • Work on overall customer relationship and engagement management

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to quickly ramp up on the platform, demos and the integration requirements
  • A good understanding of federation technologies
  • Thorough understanding of the different project and technical activities
  • Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word to deliver professional customer presentations
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 10 years professional experience
