An IT company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Cybersecurity Customer Success Manager.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years total professional experience
  • 3 years of experience as supporting B2B customers in a SaaS organization
  • Knowledge of the tenets of Vendor Risk Management programs
  • Experience navigating enterprise organizations
  • Demonstrated success developing strong customer relationships
