Job Summary
A cybersecurity company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Cybersecurity Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a team of Customer Success Managers in Eastern and Central US time zones
- Leading your team to provide outstanding experiences
- Improving the end-to-end customer lifecycle
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years leading teams of CSMs in hi-tech software/security industry
- 4+ years of client facing experience in security consulting, customer success management
- Executive level project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience scaling a team in a fast-growing Security SaaS company or other similar organization
- Performed win/win strategies to maximize renewal value while enhancing customer relationships
- Experience working with enterprise accounts to solve problems
